Educational Qualification:
- A law degree from a recognized university/college.
Experience Requirements:
- Director of Prosecution:
- At least 15 years of experience in criminal law.
- Should be an Advocate or a Serving/Retired Sessions Judge.
- Assistant Director of Prosecution:
- At least 7 years of experience in criminal law.
- Should be an Advocate or a Serving/Retired First Class Magistrate.
