Eligibility Criteria for CSL Project Officer (Mechanical) Recruitment 2025
1. Educational Qualification
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Candidates with equivalent qualifications should provide a certificate of equivalency.
2. Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in:
Ship Building Company
Ship Repair Company
Marine-related Company
Port or Engineering Company
Government or Semi-Government Company/Establishment
Desirable: Proficiency in working in a computerized environment.
3. Age Limit
- Upper age limit: 45 years (as of 09 April 2025).
- Age Relaxation:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
SC/ST: 5 years
PwBD and Ex-servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines (Maximum age after relaxation shall not exceed 50 years).

CSL Project Officer (Mechanical) Recruitment 2025 – Salary and Benefits
- Consolidated Pay: ₹37,000 per month.
- Additional Compensation: ₹3,000 per month for extra hours of work.
