Educational Qualification (as of 01.01.2025)
- Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- The graduation degree should have been obtained between 01.04.2021 and 01.01.2025.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- The candidate must have been born between 02.01.1997 and 01.01.2005.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- Persons with Disabilities (PwBD): 10 years

- Duration: 90 minutes
- Subjects:
- General/Financial Awareness – 25 marks
- English Language – 25 marks (Qualifying only)
- Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 marks
- Computer Knowledge – 25 marks

- General/EWS: Decided by BOI
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 5% relaxation
2. Local Language Test
- Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding one of the local languages of the state they apply for.
- Those with 10th or 12th standard mark sheets proving language proficiency are exempted.

BOI Apprentice Stipend 2025
Total Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
- Breakdown:
- ₹7,500 paid by BOI
- ₹4,500 paid as a Government subsidy
