Eligibility Criteria for BIS Recruitment 2024

Education Qualification:-

Graduate Engineer – 

Essential – Candidate must have passed a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject or BE/B. Tech in EEE

Desirable – 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or Persons with M.Phil, M.Tech. M.S., Ph.D., additional qualifications, research experience, published papers, and post-qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Job Description –
(i) Scrutiny of Inspection Reports (IRs) and Test Reports (TRs). Factory visit.
(ii) Inspection of Test Reports (TRs) of market samples.
(iii) Management of Market Surveillance Cell.
(iv) Scrutiny and examination of applications for grant of license
Test Reports (TRs) in case of application samples.
(v) Any other work prescribed by BIS.

Job Location – Graduate Engineer shall be posted at the Noida Branch Office.

Age Limit

Age Limit – Age should not exceed 35 years as of the last date of receipt application
