Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions as on 07.01.2026.

BEML Age Limit 2025

BEML Age Relaxation 2025

  • SC / ST: 5 Years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
  • PwD Candidates: Additional 10 years (over and above SC/ST/OBC relaxation).

BEML Educational Qualification

  • Mandatory: Graduate with a full-time 2-year Postgraduate degree/diploma (MBA (HR/IR) / MSW / MA in Social Work with HR/IR / PG in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) with specialization in IR/HR and Labour Legislations from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Minimum Marks: First Class (60% aggregate) in Post-Graduation. Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD.
  • Desirable: Degree in Law, Professional HR certification.

BEML Work Experience 2025 (Post Qualification Experience – PQE)

  • Officer HR (Grade-II): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from an organization of repute.
  • Assistant Manager-HR (Grade-III): Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from an organization of repute.
  • Desirable: Experience in HR functions within a Manufacturing Organization.
