- Minimum Marks: First Class (60% aggregate) in Post-Graduation. Relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD.
- Desirable: Degree in Law, Professional HR certification.
BEML Work Experience 2025 (Post Qualification Experience – PQE)
- Officer HR (Grade-II): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from an organization of repute.
