- Education: Graduate (any discipline) or Postgraduate. Preference will be given to candidates with MSW/MA in Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary/Horticulture/Agri.), or B.A. with B.Ed.

- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and internet. Fluency in the local language and typing skills are essential.
