Bank of Baroda Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification:
- Company Secretary (CS): A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference to candidates with additional qualifications in Law, Chartered Accountancy, or MBA (Finance).
- Chief Security Officer (CSO): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution. Certification in computer courses preferred.
Experience:
- CS: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, with at least 6 years as a Company Secretary in a listed company.
- CSO: Minimum 15 years of commissioned service in the Indian Army/Navy/Air Force or a Police Officer of the rank of Deputy Superintendent or above with 10 years’ service.
Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025):
- CS: 35 to 45 years
- CSO: 40 to 55 years
