Assam PSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Nationality and Domicile
- Must be an Indian Citizen (as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution).
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Need to upload a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Educational Qualification
- 3 Years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Engineering & Planning/ Construction Technology.
- Diploma must be obtained from an AICTE-recognized technical institute.
- Distance learning diplomas will not be accepted.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 45 years)
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years (up to 43 years)
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to 42 years (plus relaxation for OBC/SC/ST)
- PwBD: 10 years extra across all categories
