Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- MBBS and Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant specialty from a recognized university/institute.
- Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.
- Some departments also allow M.Sc. + Ph.D. holders (non-medical candidates).
Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 45 years (as of the last date of application)
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale
- Medical Candidates: Level-11, ₹67,700 + NPA + applicable allowances
- Non-Medical Candidates (M.Sc. + Ph.D.): Level-10, ₹56,100 + allowances (NPA not applicable)
