First Nuclear capable submarine cruise missile BABUR-3 test-fired by Pakistan
On 10th January Pakistan successfully test-fired the first Submarine Launched Cruise Missile BABUR-3. BABUR-3 can carry nuclear weapons. Pakistan tested this missile from an undisclosed mobile platform below the water level of the Indian Ocean. BABUR-3 has the enormous power to strike on the target with 100% accuracy.
Kuaizhou-1A Rocket launches by China as the first commercial space mission
Kuaizhou-1A Rocket is an updated version of technology with relatively low cost. By the help of this rocket China launches the first commercial space mission programme. This rocket successfully plants three satellites into the space. These three satellites are JL-1, CubeSats XY-S1 and Caton-1. on 10th January the rocket was launched from the Gansu province, situated in the northwestern part of China. The name of the center was Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center.
World’s best football player for 2016 – Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo, Portuguese football player, has been selected as the best football player for the year 2016. It was the first Best FIFA (Federation of International Football Association) Football Awards. The award ceremony held in Zurich, Switzerland. General Raheel Shariff: Head of Islamic Military Alliance
General Raheel Shariff was a former Army Chief General of Pakistan. Now in January 7, 2017 he has been appointed as the Head of Islamic Military Alliance to fight against terrorism. The Head-Quarter of Islamic Military Alliance situated in Saudi Arabia and it has been constituted with 39 allied nations. General Raheel Shariff took over the charge from General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
Indus Water Treaty: India and World Bank meeting
India holds meeting with World Bank regarding Indus Water Treaty. Indus Water Treaty in a disputed issue between India and Pakistan. The dispute arises surrounding the Ratle and Kishenganga projects situated in Jammu and Kashmir. India demanded during the meeting with representative of World Bank in New Delhi, that the disputes will be resolved only through a neutral expert.

UN declared 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development
The General Assembly of United Nations (UNGA) has been declared the Year 2017 as the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development. It will boost up the tourism sector role in the five key areas. This are numerated as under –

Shankar Balasubramanian win the Knighthood Achievement
Indo-British Professor, coming from the Indian origin, of Chemistry and DNA expert of Cambridge University Shankar Balasubramanian has been chosen for the Knighthood Achievement.Normally the Queen of Britain awarded this achievement awards. In this case Queen Elizabeth II awarded the Knighthood Achievement to Shankar Balasubramanian for his extraordinary contribution.

India and Pakistan exchange the list of Nuclear sites
Recently two neighboring country India and Pakistan has signed an MOU under the Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack against Nuclear installation. As per the agreement two countries exchanges the the list of Nuclear sites. It was the 26th exchange of such list started on 01st January, 1992. From this time the two country exchange the list of Nuclear sites on the first day of the year. They also promises not to fight between them the the nuclear weapons. Both country also exchange the names of the prisoners (including civil and fishermen) confined in their respective jails as per provisions of the Agreement on Consular Access.

» With this agreement India and Pakistan will not carry out any surprise attack on each other. In the other hand they operate as a mass force during the time of emergency to prevent any foreign attack.

Agreement between India and Sri Lanka
India and Sri Lanka finally find out a solution to settle the dispute of Fishermen between the two countries. The agreement was signed between the Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh and Sri Lankan Fisheries Minister Mahinda Amaraweera. The meeting was held at Colombo in Sri Lanka.

World Braille Day : 4th January
On the Birth Day of Louis Braille 4th January of every year has been celebrated as the World Braille Day. Louis Braille was invented a script this is known as Braille script or Braille Code. I understand that there is a question in your mind that what is Braille script or Braille Code and how it is so important that the whole world celebrated this day. This is a unique code language to allow visually impaired people to read the works. To make this script or code memorable many NGO and other organizations come forward and promote the awareness for the apathy towards blind people. They try to understand that the blind people be equal among the rest of the people.

Braille was born on 4th January, 1809 in France. when he was just three years he lost his vision due to an accident. From then he tried to fought against the darkness of world. With his long experience and expertise invented the script or code that is known as Braille script or Braille Code. Braille code helps the visually impaired people to read as well as write.

This is a language based on patterns of raised dots on paper. by this dots one can read anything that is unable to see. Mostly blind people used slates and pencils. Recently Computer also used Braille version languages.
